Last week, leading up to International Women’s Day yesterday, we celebrated the incredible women who inspire us, both in and outside of work! Following a staff call-out, we received heartwarming case studies highlighting women who make a difference every day – from colleagues and line managers to family and friends.
We hosted coffee and cake mornings at our HQ and across PCNs, giving staff the chance to connect, share stories, and celebrate together. As an organisation, we’ve also collected donations for The Women’s Centre in Halifax and Focus for Hope, which we’ll be dropping off soon.
Our predominantly female senior leadership team shared inspiring interview videos and written case studies on what motivates them, what inspires them to lead, and what success looks like for them. Staff engagement has been fantastic:
